I ordered a few replacement light parts, and from what I remember picking out, everything came in exactly right. The sizes and quantities all matched up with the receipt, which was a relief because I’ve had mix-ups with that kind of thing before. It was a simple order overall, and I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

"Decent prices... but not exactly a steal"
I ordered a few lights from pegasuslighting.com and it was okay overall. The lights worked fine and shipping was normal, so no big complaints there. I guess for the price, though, I was expecting the quality to feel a little better... it just came across as kind of average. Not bad at all, just not the best value either. I’d maybe buy from them again if there was a sale, but next time I’d probably compare prices first.

"Helpful support getting the right LED driver"
I wasn’t totally sure which LED driver I needed for my under-cabinet lights, so I emailed support. They got back to me and basically said, “this is the one that should work with your setup,” and pointed me to the right driver. I installed it without any issues, and it was compatible just like they said. The only downside was shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars...

"Got help really quickly"
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me faster than I expected. It was just really easy, no back and forth or anything annoying. There’s something about it when customer service is this simple that just makes the whole experience better. Really appreciated the help.

I ordered the lights on Monday and they were already at my door by Wednesday. i blame myself for expecting the usual slow shipping because this was totally hassle-free and faster than I thought it would be

"Support wasn’t as helpful as I expected"
I was a bit disappointed with the tech support experience. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, they took a lot longer to get back to me, and when they finally did, their advice didn’t really solve my issue. I was hoping for a smoother process

"Why was the shipping so expensive??"
I was about to order a small, lightweight part, but then I saw the shipping cost and honestly… what?? It was almost the same price as the item itself. I get that shipping isn’t free, but this just felt way too high for what I was buying. It made the whole thing feel like a bad deal, so I ended up not ordering and probably won’t shop here again.

I was actually surprised by how many light bulbs and fixtures they had on the site. I found a few odd sizes I couldn’t track down locally, which was really helpful. Browsing was easy too. The only thing is, when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped, so that took away from the experience a bit.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but I felt like I had to keep chasing them for updates on my order. When they did reply, it was barely anything helpful. It just left me feeling a bit unsure about what was going on.

Not gonna lie, I was glad they actually had the replacement part I needed for my old fixture, because I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find it anywhere. It did take some digging to figure out the right one, and the shipping was a little slower than I hoped. In the end it worked out fine, just wasn’t the smoothest process.

I’d been having a hard time finding this weird bulb size anywhere else, but ended up finding it here. It was a relief to finally track it down. If you’re looking for something a little uncommon, this might be worth checking out.

I ordered from pegasuslighting.com and it went smooth, smooth overall. The light was exactly what I needed, and the shipping was okay, not super fast but not bad either. It wasn’t perfect, but it was good enough that I’d probably buy from them again.

I found the lights I was looking for on pegasuslighting.com, and the site itself was easy enough to use. But the prices gave me pause. A few items were higher than I expected, and once shipping was added, it felt hard to justify. I try to be responsible with what I spend, and the total just didn’t feel like the right value to me. Nothing wrong with the site overall, but I ended up looking elsewhere because it felt like the more sensible choice.

I got the lights I needed and the order process was straightforward. Shipping was decent too, though one item did take a little longer than the rest. "Product page seems inaccurate"
I ordered this based on the specs listed on the product page, but what arrived didn’t really match what I thought I was getting. Unless I somehow missed something, the size and compatibility info seemed off. Now I’m stuck dealing with a return, which is frustrating. It feels like the product details maybe aren’t being checked as carefully as they should be.
